Rougié's Moulard French Duck Leg Confit with Duck Fat is ready-to-eat: simply reheat and serve as a main dish, or cut into pieces to enhance any salad. Simple to prepare yet delicious and so french, you are sure to surprise your guests like a chef.

Ingredients : 4 moulard duck legs, duck fat, water, salt, and pepper.

Directions for a delicious Duck leg confit meal: 

Brown the  Rougié Moulard Confit duck leg 8 minutes in a pan over medium heat, or 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F in the oven. Perfect along potatoes, gratin or vegetables.

Our go-to duck confit

Way better than what we find in grocery stores or even the farmers markets. Loaded with fall of the bone meat. Just reheat in some of its own fat on the stovetop. Keep the extra fat for cooking.
