At French Wink, we curate products from beloved French and French-inspired brands across the United States and France. Because we operate as a multi-vendor marketplace, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on the brands you purchase from.

Where Your Orders Ship From

Most of our vendors are based across different states in the U.S., and products are often shipped directly from each brand’s location.

Most of our inventory is also available directly from our French Wink boutique in New York City. You can browse products available for local pickup or shipped from our NYC store here:

Our exclusive cheese boards are the only products shipped directly from France by our fromager partner. All pricing already includes international express shipping via FedEx as well as import fees — no surprise costs upon delivery.

Consolidated Shipping Option

If your order contains products from multiple vendors, you may request to have everything gathered and shipped together in one package.

Because this requires coordinating shipments from different vendors to our NYC store before forwarding the final package to you, a $10 consolidation fee will apply.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Many orders shipped from our NYC boutique are packed using clean recycled boxes received from our suppliers as part of our commitment to reducing waste.

If you prefer a brand-new shipping box, you may select this option at checkout for a small additional fee.

Sending a gift?

We offer:

* Premium gift wrapping options available at checkout for a small fee

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

* Your delivery location
* The shipping origin of the vendor(s)
* Package size and weight

We primarily ship with UPS and USPS.

All our shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at contact@frenchwink.comwith photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged products so we can assist you and open a claim with the carrier if needed.
