These fancy Berthe Aux Grands Pieds socks are knitted in mostly combed wool, the qualities of which are carefully selected and Oeko-Tex certified. These socks are soft, warm, and ideal for winter. Vanished with Lycra to obtain a creamy knit and knitted according to the principle of size to size, they will hug the silhouette of your legs without compressing them. The heels and toes of these red and navy-blue socks are reinforced by adding an extra heavy-duty yarn when knitting them, for greater strength. We take care when making them that you can wear them and enjoy them for as long as possible. The closure of the toe by extra -fine stitching is particularly neat., the edge of the top of the upper is flared and not compressing, for greater comfort. The symmetrical ecru and navy stripes are enhanced by two large red lobsters: one on the instep, the other on the calf. This model goes with the Berthe Au Grands Pieds round neck or V neck sailor sweaters, for an original and quirky look on the North Atlantic coasts! Manufactured exclusively in France, in our workshops in Montceau-les-Mines (71).
