This product is made by our pastry chefs in our workshops in Alsace.
Our historic manufacturing workshop is located in the village of Gertwiller (1300 inhabitants), located between the Alsace wine route and the pre-Vosges hills. Gertwiller is now known worldwide as the gingerbread capital.
Our second workshop is located in the village of Ensisheim in Alsace, at the foot of the Grand Ballon des Vosges, in which particular attention is paid to the manufacture of new sliced paving stones and organic biscuits.
Speculoos man. Ingredients: wheat flour ( gluten ), butter ( milk ), sugar, honey, potato starch, eggs , natural vanilla flavor, spices: cinnamon (0.6%), ginger, coriander, anise, cloves, star anise , nutmeg, pepper.
