③ not eating from the jar "à la cuillère" (𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚘𝚗) and finish it. We love eating but we’re raisonnable about it! That’s a way of life: pleasure and discipline.
