The special Silpat® Macaron mat will allow you to bake perfeclty-shaped macarons. The circle-shaped prints will guide you to make 20 beautiful macaron shells. For better results, it is recommended to use a piping bag with a smooth 0.3 inch tip. Pistachio, raspberry, chocolate... give free rein to your pastry talents! No need to use butter, grease, oils or sprays: your macarons shells will cook evenly and will come off easily. Forget about parchment paper and start saving: our Silpat mat is reusable and very durable. Its technology of fiberglass mesh and food grade silicone allows you to use your Silpat® countless times, and the cut corners will allow your Silpat® to fit perfectly in your baking tray.
