This is probably the most authentic and tasty way to cook Toulouse sausage. Simply prepare your barbecue to get bright embers. Grill each side of the sausage for a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes depending on the intensity of the coals. Your Toulouse sausage should be cooked through.
