Based on their know-how, they developed a 100% French ketchup which gives pride of place to tomatoes and our barrel-aged white wine vinegar.
Delicious, subtly vinegary and spicy, it is less sweet than a classic ketchup and does not contain any additives. It will be the final touch to enhance your home-made chips and all kinds of grills.

During his visit to Orléans, he discovered their exceptional vinegars aged in wine barrels using the traditional “Orléans” method, crafted from local Loire Valley wines. Lebovitz also raved about their mustards made from 100% French-grown seeds (a rarity in France), their regionally sourced cornichons—“the best I’ve ever had”—and their smoked ketchup, which even converted this self-professed non-ketchup lover!
