Product details
- Quick and easy to prepare, simply add hot water. The side of the bag says use a professional machine, however; this hot chocolate does not need a machine to make the best hot chocolate. Simply stir the chocolate powder with hot water or milk. Or in a saucepan put ~3 tablespoons of powder in a small pan, add water or milk and stir over heat.
- Dosing: mix ~3 tablespoons of chocolate mix with 1/2 cup of water.
- Weight: 2.2 pounds of chocolate powder. Makes 20 to 25 cups.
