How to Prepare

Hot Infusion: Steep approximately 1 tablespoon per cup in water heated to 195°F (90°C) for 5 minutes.

Iced Infusion: Steep 4 tablespoons in 4 cups of room-temperature water for 1 hour. Remove the infusion and refrigerate before serving.
