Nice change from Le Saunier de Camargue

I make a loaf or two of sour dough every week and usually Le Saunier de Camargue is my go to but I decided to try Grand Cru De Batz. The crystals are larger than Le Saunier de Camargue, but they also dissolve quicker and I like the flavor more, more complex.

You're beard looks amazing and delicious William ! This salt is indeed a grand cru and we are glad that you like it.
