Fully hot-forged from X50CrMoV15 steel, the serrated blade will stand the test of time, staying sharp and always cutting clean. The full tang blade provides exceptional balance, which brings confidence to your hand even when cutting loaves with extra tough crust. The heat-treated beech wood handle provides water resistance for easy maintenance.
