Duck Foie Gras - Rougié
This Rougié duck foie gras will bring a perfect and festive French touch to any meal!
We recommend refrigerating before opening as foie gras should be served and enjoyed chilled.
It will pair perfectly with our mini toasts and, if you are feeling really French and willing to try a new flavor association, pair your Rougié duck foie gras with gingerbread !
Our extra tip ? Remember not to spread foie gras so you can fully enjoy the rich texture and taste.
Rougié’s story all started in France in 1875, with the opening of a gourmet shop which quickly became a favourite for every epicurean. Thanks to its increasingly wide reputation, the firm which was first led by Léonce Rougié and later by his son, Jean Rougié, gained a truly international exposure in the 1950’s. Today, Rougié is sold in no less than 120 countries around the world, making it available to professionals and gourmets wherever they go.
