And here we are....the Raclette season is officially opened. Raclette is originally a heavy Alpine dish that skiers and families from the region indulge in as a remedy to a cold day. Now it's a must eat in every French family and with friends when the cold weather is starting. It mostly relies on the quality of the cheese (which is excellent in the Alps), known as as raclette. And we strongly recommend you to try it! Raclette, charcuterie, cornichons, c'est parti!
