About the Prince Cookies

• 48% cereals (wheat and rye)

• Sugar

• Non hydrogenated vegetable fat and hydrogenated fat cocoa powder 4.5%

• Glucose syrup

• Lactose and milk protein

• Wheat starch

• Raising agent: bicarbonate of ammonium hydrogen carbonate-sodium-diphosphate disodium whole milk (0.29%) and skim milk (0.29%) powder (equivalent to 5% milk)

• Salt

• Emulsifier: soya lecithin

• Flavoring: vanillin

• Antioxidant: citric acid.
