About the Prince Cookies
The Prince is a cocoa cream filling sandwiched in between two biscuits which makes it a very attractive snack since it combines all the best flavors into one cookie.
They also have the drawing of a prince engraved on each cookie, which makes it even more fun and attractive for kids!
But don’t worry, Prince cookies are not just for kids, they’re also much appreciated by adults so there is no reason for you to miss out on these delicious biscuits!
Try dipping them in hot chocolate and thank us later!
LU (that are the initials of Lefèvre-Utile) was created in Nantes, France in 1850 by Romain Lefèvre and his wife Pauline-Isabelle Utile. They initially sold biscuits from an English company but soon created their own little family business, baking cookies and labeling each package with their initials, LU.
Lu is now one of the most famous French brands for biscuits, cookies and snacks. Lu Biscuits are now distributed by Mondelez International and available in over 100 countries including in the United States.

About Whole Wheat
Whole wheat flour is so named because it preserves the 3 elements of the wheat grain: the almond, the germe and the son, whereas refined flour contains only the almond. The preservation of the envelope allows to keep all the precious benefits of the cereal and notably the fibers! See Infograph in images.
