The Unique Apricot jam is made of one the Roussillon Apricots. Known for their delicate taste, they are produced in the South of France.
You can try eating the Unique Apricot jam “the French way” on a baguette, with a small amount of butter. Associating it with soft-ripened cheese is also always a good idea!
