About Filet Bleu

It was in 1920 that the "Filet Bleu" brand was created.
From Breton thatched cottages to Parisian tables, the spoon cookies, galettes and other small butters have been pleasing gourmets for almost a century.

In 1919, Henri Friant, a former mousse, founded with his wife Marie,

Their pastry chefs, after a rigorous selection of ingredients, work every day on the development of new recipes of innovative and greedy cookies to satisfy the current and future expectations of consumers.

They use their innovative know-how, their reactivity and their adaptability to meet the specific needs of each of their customers in France and abroad.
