About St Michel
Galettes St Michel are made in our family’s biscuit factory in the west of France : Saint Michel Chef Chef. There was once in the village a monastery dedicated to the Archangel St Michel. This is why we can found the archangel illustrated on our biscuits.The St Michel family bakery was founded in 1905 and they have had time to get to know their recipes inside-out and back-to-front since then. Today, their pastry chefs continue to uphold their traditional know-how, and pass it on day-by-day to the younger generations.
