This French butter madeleine is a traditional and delicious recipe made in Maison Colibri workshop located in Pons, Charente-Maritime. For over 120 years, Maison Colibri has been showcasing its pastry-making expertise there.
But what makes this pure butter madeleine so good? It's Maison Colibri secret recipe with carefully selected ingredients: free-range eggs, French-origin flour, good butter, and a pinch of salt from the Île de Ré. What also makes this recipe a success is its almost perfect hump. The preparation is meticulously controlled to ensure that each madeleine has the same height, shape, and especially a beautiful hump on top.
Each bag contains 10 individually wrapped madeleines.
