This olive oil is the result of the collaboration between Huilerie Saint-Michel and the talented gastronomic chef Mauro Colagreco decorated with 3 Michelin star with his restaurant Mirazur in Menton. Made using traditional techniques, this lemon olive oil is obtained using an innovative infusion method that involves macerating the zest of the Menton lemon.
