Description

Make the most delicate buttery French crepes with my NEW  super easy Crepe mix. You can split it up into 2 batches so you don't have to make it all at once. Each mix will make 40 crepes total or 2 batches of 20 8 inch crepes.
You' ll need a few fresh ingredients like milk, eggs and butter and you're good to go. Bon Appetit!

A little note from me - This recipe is dear to my heart. When I was little, early mornings in Paris were spent baking and eating crepes that my grandmother made. The sweet smell of vanilla, sugar, and butter engulfed the entire house. You have to get the batter just right to make them very thin and soft. Resting the batter allows the gluten to relax and the flavors to blend together. Mom would also make these Saturday mornings joined with a full hour of cartoon time

Have some left over crepes ? Turn them into a Mille crepes cake for recipe and instructions on the bag!
