About the brand In memory of the "Mouss" who came down la rue de Siam in Brest, Pierre Le Petitcorps created the Pompon, a delicious salted butter caramel flowing in a thin shell of dark chocolate. Created in 2004 after intense months of research the Pompon will become Best chocolate specialty in France in 2014 Grand prize awarded by the National Academy of Cuisine
The original one is made with salted butter caramel but today there are Yuzu, raspberry, passion fruit and praliné 😋
