Rougie’s expertise in making Foie Gras started in 1875 in France and has been perfected throughout the years.
This macaron is THE IDEAL HOLIDAY APETIZER - great to eat as a petit four.
It pairs well with champagne and charcuterie or cheese boards. Ready to
eat. Remove from freezer and refrigerate for 4 hours before removing
plastic. Allow to sit at room temperature 30 minutes prior to serving.
