''I roamed the world with a passion for life, people, and food. I studied Hotel & Restaurant Business Management in Germany. In France, I joined one of the greatest hotel corporations in the world: The Accor Hotel Group. When I moved to the United States in 1994, I first called South Miami Beach my home. There I became a Maitre D’ at AMNESIA's Fine Dining Restaurant and later a Manager at LA VOILE ROUGE. After two years, I was ready for New York and its demanding, sophisticated lifestyle. I love to think I did it all:
